Welcome to Heirlooms & Whimsy. These Terms of Service govern your use of heirloomsandwhimsy.com and your purchase of products from Heirlooms & Whimsy.

1. Our Store
Heirlooms & Whimsy offers antiques, vintage goods, furniture, art, books, decorative objects, curiosities, collectibles, and other merchandise.
Many of our items are previously owned, antique, vintage, handmade, or one of a kind. Because of their nature, items may show signs of age, use, wear, patina, fading, oxidation, crazing, scratches, chips, previous repairs, variations, and other imperfections.
These characteristics may be part of an item's history and are not necessarily considered defects.
2. Product Descriptions and Photographs
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our merchandise accurately.
Because antique and vintage merchandise can have unique characteristics, we encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition information, and other available details before purchasing.
Photographs form an important part of our product descriptions. Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, monitors, mobile devices, and display settings.

3. Age, Origin, Maker and Attribution

4. Condition of Antique and Vintage Merchandise
Unless expressly stated otherwise, antique and vintage merchandise is sold in pre-owned, as-is condition.
Normal signs of age and use may be present.
A condition issue does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation when it was disclosed in the description, reasonably visible in the listing photographs, or reasonably consistent with the age and nature of the item.

5. One-of-a-Kind Merchandise and Availability
Many Heirlooms & Whimsy products are unique and have a quantity of only one.
We may offer merchandise through our website as well as third-party marketplaces, social platforms, physical locations, events, or other sales channels.
We use inventory systems intended to synchronize availability, but simultaneous purchases or synchronization delays can occasionally occur.
An item appearing on the website does not guarantee availability until your order has been accepted and processed.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund any amount paid for the unavailable merchandise.
6. Prices
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is completed.
Despite our efforts, pricing, description, inventory, or other errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or refuse an order involving an obvious pricing or listing error.
If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Antique, vintage, fragile, oversized, or unusually shaped merchandise may require specialized packaging, freight service, additional handling, or other shipping arrangements.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Heirlooms & Whimsy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, governmental actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an item arrives damaged, please follow the procedures in our Refund & Return Policy and retain all packaging materials.
10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases are subject to our published Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Because we primarily sell antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind merchandise, all sales are generally final unless an item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description.
